Installation instructions
Each WiperJet wiper blade comes with a set of connection accessories.
When you order a complete WiperJet kit, you will receive two wiper blades, therefore you will also receive two sets of connection accessories.
Each set of connection accessories consists of the following items:
- A1 - Small wiper arm clips - used to fasten the hose to the top part of the wiper arm to prevent the hose from moving.
- A2 - Big wiper arm clips - used to fasten the hose to the top part of the wiper arm to prevent the hose from moving.
Some wiper arms are bigger than the others so we include 2 sets of wiper arm clips to fit most options. - B - L-type Wiper arm base clips - used to fasten the hose at the bottom of the wiper arm to prevent the hose from moving.
- C - T-connector - used to transfer the washing fluid to the first wiper blade and to transfer the washing fluid further.
- D - L-connector - used to transfer the washing fluid to the second wiper blade.
- E - Small direct connector - used to connect H1 hoses together.
- F - Big direct connector - used to connect H2 hoses together and to connect the car wiper fluid inlet to the WiperJet system.
- G - A set of fastening zip ties.
- H1 - Smaller diameter hose - used to connect the wiper blade fluid hoses to T and L connectors.
- H2 - Bigger diameter hose - used to connect the car wiper fluid inlet to the WiperJet system and to connect between the C and D connectors.

Step by step installation
If you are having trouble with WiperJet kit installation, please use the below step by step guide. If you are still having trouble with installation, please send us a message to wiperjetshop@gmail.com or on any social media.
Step 1
Remove your existing wiper blades.
Step 2
Install the new WiperJet wiper blades.
If the adapters don't fit or the wiper blade sizes don't match, please reach out to us via wiperjetshop@gmail.com and we will solve this.
Step 3
Take the provided hoses and understand which is which. The H1 hose has smaller diameter, while the H2 hose has bigger diameter.
Connect the smaller diameter hose H1 to the connector on the wiper blade. Do this for both wiper blades.
Step 4
Open the hood and route both H1 hoses under the hood. Use any holes or cavities under the hood to pull the hoses through so that the hood does not press directly against the hose.
Step 5
Find your car's windshield washer fluid tank and inlet hose that leads to the sprinklers. In some cases you may have to remove the wiper arms in order to remove the protective plastic cover.
Follow the inlet hose towards the sprinklers until you find Y-connector, T-connector or until you see which sprinkler receives the washing fluid first - driver side or passenger side. In our case the washing fluid is distributed between both sprinklers using Y-connector.
Step 6
After determining which side receives the washing fluid first, we connect L- and T- connectors. T-connector goes to the wiper blade on the side that receives the washing fluid first. L-connector goes to the wiper blade on the side that received the washing fluid second.
In our case the washing fluid is distributed between both sprinklers using Y-connector. But our washing fluid inlet hose comes from the passenger side, so we can say that passenger side sprinkler is receiving the washing fluid first. Therefore we connect T-connector to the end of the H1 hose that we connected to the passenger side WiperJet wiper blade in Step 3.
Then in our case we connect the L-connector to the H1 hose that we connected to the driver side WiperJet wiper blade in Step 3.
Step 7
Connect the L-connector and T-connector together using H2 hose.
If for some reason the H2 hose is too stiff to fit the connectors, heat the end of the hose a little bit using a lighter so it becomes more flexible. Don't heat the end of the hose too much. Usually 1-2 seconds is enough.
Step 8
In Step 4 we determined which side receives the washing fluid first. In our case it is passenger side.
Now we have to disconnect the inlet washing fluid hose, that comes from the washing fluid thank, from the T-connector, Y-connector, or the sprinkler that received the washing fluid first.
In our case the washing fluid is distributed using Y-connector, so we will disconnect the inlet hose from the Y-connector
Step 9
Locate the T-connector, Y-connector, or the sprinkler under the hood. If there are any protective plastics or other things blocking access to the sprinkler, you have to remove them to access the sprinkler. After disconnecting the washing fluid inlet hose from the sprinkler, you have to put everything back as it was.
If for some reason there are too many protections under the hood and it is very hard to remove them to reach the sprinkler, we can cut the washing fluid inlet hose and immediately fix it using F connector.
WARNING: Be very careful when cutting the hose. Make sure that the hose you are about to cut is the washing fluid hose and not the protective hose for the control wires.
WARNING 2: If you have a heated washing fluid system, do not cut the hose as you will damage the heating wires inside the hose.
Step 10
After disconnecting or cutting the washing fluid inlet hose, check if it reaches the T-connector. If it does, connect the inlet hose directly to the T-connector.
If the washing fluid inlet hose does not reach the T-connector or is too loose on T-connector put F connector into the inlet hose.
Use the second H2 hose to connect the washing fluid inlet hose with inserted F connector to the T-connector.
The H2 hose may be too stiff to fit the F connector so heat it a little bit with a lighter to make it more flexible. Don't heat the end of the hose too much. Usually 1-2 seconds is enough.
Step 11
Make sure that nothing obstructs the movement of the wiper blades or you will break them. This means putting back any plastic covers that you disassembled during installation.
Check if the system works. You may have to hold the windshield washing lever a little longer for washing fluid to reach the wiper blades.
Step 12
After confirming that system works, put A1 or A2 clips on your wiper arms to fasten the H1 hose and prevent it from moving when wiper blades are working.
Step 13
Put the B clips on the bottom part of the wiper arm to fasten the H1 hose and prevent it from moving when wiper blade are working.
You can use the provided zip ties to secure the hoses to a different parts of the car. Don't tighten the zip ties too much to allow the flow of the washing fluid.
You can also disconnect, cut, and reconnect H1 and H2 hoses to size so they lie neatly and don't obstruct anything.
Step 14
After putting everything back together, close the hood. Check again if the system works correctly.
Congratulations! You are now a proud owner of WiperJet spray windshield wiper system.
And also the coolest among your friends :)
