CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND WAIVER FOR DIY INSTALLATION

Product: WiperJet Integrated Spray Wiper Blades

By checking the box and proceeding with this purchase, you ("You", "the Customer") hereby acknowledge and agree to the following terms regarding the self-installation ("DIY Installation") of WiperJet products:

1. Acknowledgment of Complexity and Risk

You understand and acknowledge that the WiperJet Integrated Spray Wiper Blade system is not a standard, direct-replacement wiper blade.

Installation is a technical process that may require invasive and permanent modifications to your vehicle, including but not limited to:

• Verifying product compatibility with your specific vehicle model before beginning installation.
• Following all provided instructions and using the correct, appropriate tools for the job.
• Dismantling vehicle parts (e.g., plastic covers, scuttles under the hood).
• Accessing the vehicle's existing washer fluid system.
• Permanently cutting or modifying the vehicle's original washer fluid hoses.
• Installing new hoses, connectors, and fittings.

2. Assumption of All Risks

By choosing to perform the installation yourself, you voluntarily and explicitly assume all risks associated with the procedure. These risks include, but are not limited to:

• Risk of Voiding Vehicle Warranty: You understand that performing these modifications may void your vehicle's manufacturer's warranty (in whole or in part).
• Risk of Breaching Lease/Finance Agreement: You understand that if your vehicle is leased or financed, performing these modifications may be a breach of your contract with the leasing or finance company.
• Risk of Damage: You accept the full risk of any and all damage to your vehicle or its components that may occur during your installation attempt, including cosmetic damage (scratches, broken clips) or functional damage (fluid leaks, damage to the washer pump or hoses).
• Risk of Bodily Harm: You acknowledge that DIY vehicle maintenance carries inherent risks. You accept the full risk of any personal or bodily injury (such as cuts, bruises, chemical exposure, or other harm) that may occur during your installation attempt.

3. Full Release of Liability

In consideration for MB Latvilita ("WiperJet") selling this product to you for self-installation, you hereby release, waive, and forever discharge MB Latvilita, its owners, and employees from any and all liability, claims, demands, losses, or damages whatsoever arising out of or related to your DIY Installation.

This release covers, but is not limited to, any claims for:

• A voided vehicle warranty.
• Penalties or fees from a leasing/finance company.
• Any damage you cause to your vehicle, property, or person (including bodily harm) during the installation.
• Improper product function due to your installation error.
• Damage or improper function resulting from failure to follow instructions or attempting to install an incompatible part.

You agree that MB Latvilita is only responsible for the 2-Year Legal Guarantee on the product itself (covering manufacturing defects) and bears zero responsibility for the outcome of your installation.

4. Recommendation to Use a Professional

We strongly recommend that this product be installed by a qualified professional mechanic. If you are not confident in your ability to perform the required modifications safely and correctly, do not attempt the installation yourself.
